Thanks to the Quick Change Lens System, you can swap the lenses or temples of your gloryfy sports glasses in just a few seconds. The flexible NBFX frame allows for quick and easy switching – perfect for any situation.

Are my credit card details safe on your site?

Our patented Inclinox technology allows you to adjust the temples of your LIFESTYLE and OPTICS models to your individual needs at any time – without any tools!
Maximum comfort: Adjust the temples for a relaxed fit (e.g. for cozy hours on the couch).
Rock-solid hold: Bend the temple ends downwards when you're performing at your best – this ensures the glasses fit perfectly.
Thanks to the flexible special plastic NBFX, your glasses always remain unbreakable and individually adjustable.

How and where can I buy optical sunglasses?
Optical glazing for our sunglasses is carried out exclusively in cooperation with our gloryfy specialist retailers. Precise consultation with an optician is particularly important for sports sunglasses.

How and where can I buy gloryfy prescription glasses?
Our innovative gloryfy OPTICS prescription glasses with single-vision or progressive lenses are available from our specialist retailers. Your optician will help you choose the right model. Use our retailer search to find a retailer near you.
I already have a pair of gloryfy unbreakable sunglasses. Can I purchase optical lenses for them later?
Yes! You can also have your favorite glasses retrofitted with optical sunglasses lenses. Please contact one of our specialist retailers.
What are single-vision glasses and what are progressive lenses?
Single-vision glasses have the same prescription in both lenses. They are usually worn for distance, but can also be used for near vision (e.g., for reading).
Difference to progressive lenses:
While single-vision glasses only correct one prescription, progressive lenses contain several prescriptions to compensate for different visual impairments.
Varifocal lenses enable seamless vision at different distances by combining different prescription strengths in the lens:
Upper area: For distance
Medium range: For medium distances (e.g. computer)
Lower area: For close vision (reading area)
This gives you a seamless view without any annoying transitions.
Are there optical gloryfy glasses with varifocal lenses?
Yes! We manufacture both single-vision and progressive lenses for our gloryfy unbreakable glasses. Orders for progressive lenses are only possible through our gloryfy retailers. Find an optician near you using our retailer search.

What lens materials are available for gloryfy sunglasses and prescription glasses?
We offer two different glass materials:
NBFX unbreakable material (1.53 index) – Standard at gloryfy
Unbreakable: High breaking strength, even under strong impact
Highest optical quality: Abbezahl 45
100% UV protection for all glass colors
Super hard layer: Increased scratch resistance
Ultralight: Only 1.11 g/cm³
High Power 1.67 material – For high prescriptions
Thinner lenses: Recommended for prescriptions of +/- 4 diopters or more
High breaking strength (but not unbreakable)
100% UV protection for all glass colors
Super hard layer for scratch resistance
What do the abbreviations on my eyeglass prescription card or prescription mean?
Your prescription contains the measurements necessary for the custom production of your glasses. Here's a brief explanation of the most important abbreviations:
R = Right eye
L = Left eye
F = Distance glasses (for nearsightedness or farsightedness)
N = Near vision glasses (e.g. reading glasses)
Sph (sphere): Indicates the necessary correction in diopters (dpt.).
Negative value (-) → myopia
Positive value (+) → hyperopia
Cyl (cylinder): Value for correcting astigmatism. If empty, no astigmatism is present.
A (Axis): Specified in degrees (0° – 180°) if a cylinder value is present.
PD (pupillary distance): Distance from the center of the pupil to the root of the nose in millimeters (mm). Important value for precise lens centering.
ADD (Addition): Difference between near and distance values in progressive lenses.
Up to what thickness is glazing possible?
We manufacture prescription lenses up to a strength of +/- 6.5 diopters.

Are gloryfy prescription lenses also available with a blue light filter (commonly known as a blue blocker)?
Yes! We offer gloryfy unbreakable prescription lenses with blue light filter.
Advantages of the Blueblocker:
Protects against harmful blue light (e.g. from screens)
Reduces eye strain & fatigue
Please note: The blue light filter cannot be added later.

Are prescription glasses and sunglasses also available with prisms?
Yes, gloryfy unbreakable prescription lenses with prism are possible!

How do I measure my pupillary distance?
The pupillary distance (PD) is important for the exact centering of your lenses.
Here’s how you can measure it yourself:
1. Stand in front of a mirror and look straight ahead.
2. Measure the distance from the center of the pupil to the root of the nose with a ruler.
3. Alternatively, you can use your credit card as a reference (more information in our FAQ section).
If the PD is not listed on your eyeglass prescription, an optician can help you measure it.
What selection and coatings are available for corrective lenses?
You can choose between:
Clear lenses – Transparent lenses, always clear.
Photochromic lenses – Darken in UV light (colors: anthracite or brown).
Coatings (Standard & Upgrade):
gloryfy Premium coating: super hard coating + UV protection + super anti-reflective coating (both sides).
FirstClass coating (upgrade):
Hydrophobic clean layer (lotus effect) → dirt and water roll off.
What color and function options are available for optical sunglasses lenses?
Our optical sunglasses are available in various lens colors, tint levels & features.
Polarized lenses – Reduce annoying reflections (ideal for water sports & driving).
Self-tinting lenses – Automatically adapt to the lighting conditions.
Note: Transpol lenses (polarized + photochromic) are not available with prescription lenses.
Individual advice from the gloryfy optician is recommended.

1 year statutory warranty
